Our strategy is designed to find your dream property efficiently and effectively. We will conduct thorough and daily searches to find you those special unicorns, as well as handle communication with agents and conduct with you the viewings.
Once we find a suitable property, we will collect all necessary documents and prepare a “buyers report” for you.
Before hiring a notary and attending the meeting, we will ensure that the finance goes through.
Step Three
Buy Wrap-Up
Congratulations, you’ve found your dream property! To wrap things up, We will prepare a folder with all the documents of the property and a summary of the process. Once payment has been made, we will set a handover date to complete the purchase. You can rest assured that we will be with you every step of the way.
